The big ramp up in marketing for next summer's Star Trek film is happening, with the full trailer being attached to the US release of Quantum of Solace this week. Many of the trailer reviews so far have been using four key words to describe: "big", "new", "real", and "different".
Watch it now, and see if you agree.
I'm not quite sure what to make of it...other than the above key words. It's Star Trek as we've not really seen it done before and it certainly looks full of action and adventure. But hopefully it will have the needed character and intelligence.
This comes in the wake of the first proper image being released of the starship Enterprise:
