10. IG-88 

If he had longer in the films, rather than a few seconds he's on screen in the Empire Strikes Back - he would be much higher up the list. As it stands he's pretty cool and makes it to number 10 - just for being so awesome even due to the lack of screentime.

9.WALL-E 

Even though he's only been with us a short time, WALL-E bumps Short Circuit's Johnny 5 off the list for just being so gosh darn cute - and having a much better plot and storyline than the aforementioned film!

8. DARTH VADER

"He's more machine now, than man..." that's what Obi-Wan say's in Return of the Jedi, thereofore all bets are off and he gets on this list, He’d be at the top if I was more sure about his Robot lineage!

7. BISHOP 

From Aliens - possibly the pinnacle of Lance Henriksens' movie career .. Despite his low key and rather muted performance, you can't help cheering when he comes in at the last minute to save Newt and Ripley - who subsequently gets killed off in Alien 3 and thus ruins... erm... Still, he makes number 7.

 6. ROBOCOP

OK, essentially like Vader his Robotic background is a little dubious, however having the name ROBOcop makes it a more clear and cut decision in my book (see what I did there...? no me neither - answers to me This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it !)
